The breakfast was plentiful - a huge variety of meals - eggs and bacon. Location: the hotel was just off the centre, and the restaurant downstairs...

For our three-night stay at Poschiavo Suisse Hotel, we received a transportation pass, a cozy room, and the convenience of an elevator. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the restaurant/bar downstairs provided delicious meals. We enjoyed the old-fashioned charm of the hotel and the town itself, making for a memorable stay.

Perfect location in the historic centre of Poschiavo, I liked the traditional style and heritage of the hotel. Personell was also friendly, like the whole atmosphere in the hotel.

The staff were super friendly and spoke multiple languages. The room was mind-blowingly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view from the balcony was jaw-dropping. It was fantastic to have an electric kettle in the room, and the tea selection was top-notch. The hotel's central location and free parking made exploring the area a breeze. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, especially the traditional bread. The restaurant across the street had an amazing selection of local dishes and beverages. Can't wait to come back!

Think that this pleasant and little hotel is beyond compare, enjoyed it. The property is spotless, the staff is very pleasant, and the room is beautifully maintained and big. The bus station is 10 minutes' walk.

Pricey - but everything in switzerland is expensive. Maybe a bit formal.

The location of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. the friendly staff not only greeted us warmly but also booked us a table for dinner. the rooms were clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. the comfortable beds were a delight, and they even had delicious Swiss chocolate waiting for us. the three-course set menu dinner was lovely, and the breakfast was of a good standard.

I liked the frienliness of the staff, the simplicity of the procedures, the location, the comfort of the room, the quiet setting.

The air circulation in the bathroom was VERY noisy!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station, making it a great choice for travelers arriving by train. The rooms are spacious and pleasant, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread is sumptuous, offering a variety of options including freshly cooked eggs and local ingredients. The hotel also has a fantastic restaurant nearby, serving delicious food. The beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains adds to the charm of this location.

One minor drawback is that the bathroom could be larger, especially the shower cube, which is quite small.

The location was perfect for our ski trip to Diavolezza-Lagalb. The slopes were easily accessible and the views were breathtaking. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were modern and the charm of the hotel added to its overall appeal. We can't wait to visit again and experience all that this beautiful hotel has to offer.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for children.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a picturesque alpine valley. The hotel was very close to the station, yet far enough away to avoid train noise. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us when we left a backpack on the train. They quickly called the station and managed to retrieve the backpack for us. The lady receptionist even offered me a hot drink to help calm my nerves. The room was spotlessly maintained and had great amenities. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh ingredients. I also appreciated the bottles of mineral water provided by the male receptionist upon our checkout for our further trip. it was a delightful experience and I would love to visit again.
